BioThane® is a PVC coated webbing that has the look and feel of leather. The arguably low-maintenance material does not soak up water, making it great for the beach and mountain hiking, and retains flexibility during cold weather, keeping your pup comfortable all year long!

Please remember, though BioThane® is quite durable, it is not indestructible and should be cared for and used responsibly, as with any pet product. SUNDOG can’t be held responsible for misuse of product.

Please be sure to measure your dogs neck or current collar to ensure proper sizing before you place your order. This may be done with a fabric tape measure, or even using a piece of string to measure with a ruler.

Look at the sizing options located in the drop-down boxes to the right of the product photos. If your dog is in between sizes, it is recommended to size up.

Most items from SUNDOG are made to order and shipped as soon as they are ready. Current processing time is 10-14 days from your order date, and orders are completed in the order they are received.

Orders of pre-made items generally ship in 1-2 business days.

All orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail.

SUNDOG products are hand-crafted individually for every order. For this reason, refunds are not eligible for any product at this time.

Exchanges may be considered within 10 days of delivery. If an exchange has been agreed upon, the item must be returned to SUNDOG in brand new condition before a new item is shipped to the customer. The customer is responsible for all shipping fees for an exchange.
